Ingredients of Banana Kheer

  1. 2 Cups milk
  2. 1 cup mashed banana
  3. Sliced banana, to garnish
  4. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  5. 2 strands kesar (optional)
  6. Jaggery powder, as per taste
  7. Half cup roughly chopped nuts (of your choice)

How to Prepare

  1. Boil the milk over low to medium heat until it thickens.
  2. Add saffron (kesar), cardamom powder, and dry fruits. Let it simmer until the saffron releases its color.
  3. In a bowl, mash the banana and pour the thickened milk over it.
  4. Garnish with banana slices and serve.
