Andhra Style Guntur Idli Recipe Ingredients
- 5-6 steamed idlis
- 7-8 guntur chilies
- 11/2 Tbsp tur dal
- 11/2 Tbsp chana dal
- 11/2 Tbsp urad dal
- 1-2 Tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper or pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch of hing
- Salt as per taste
- 1 small piece tamarind
How to Prepare
- Heat 3-4 tablespoons of ghee in a pan on low flame.
